Meet our Founder

Lisa loves solving problems, spreadsheets, organization and efficiency. She also loves interior design, watermelon, and collecting sunsets on walks.

For over 20 years, Lisa has been sneakily introducing efficiencies into her teams work, even when it wasn’t part of her job. Her experience spans marketing operations, organizational design, business development and account management, revenue operations, media strategy, production and project management.

She started her career doing market research on the Van’s Warped Tour and found the best system for getting fans to fill out surveys (tip: collect while they wait in line before the doors open and give them stickers and swag!), then went on to work for Fuse TV and Madison Square Garden, a couple of top rated HGTV house hunting shows, a couple of top YouTube channels, and a fully remote cultural insights agency where she contributed to the growth of the company from 20 people when she started to 300 people when she parted.

She has directly supported Presidents and CEOs, providing strategy, production and operational support. She has lead and grown client work, contracting and managing budgets over $18 million and overseeing global, fully remote teams working across time zones.

Lisa has worked with companies and clients including YouTube, Google, Amazon, Madison Square Garden, HGTV, and Vsauce.
